What it fixes
Guests decide on Google before they walk in. A thin or stale page loses them.
What you get
We fix the basics of your Google profile: one phone number everywhere, hours, address, categories. QR stands on your tables take guests straight to your review page. We answer every review the same working day, and a founder answers the sensitive ones personally. We post the photos you send, at least three a week. You get a monthly report: new reviews, rating change, what guests praise and what they complain about, and what to do next.
What we need from you
QR stands on your tables (from our showroom), at least three photos a week, and a heads-up when something happens in the restaurant.
How we measure
New reviews per week, reply time, the rating step by step. We never promise a rating.

Digital and 3D menu

Price

Digital menu 149 lei per month + VAT · 3D menu 279 lei per month + VAT

The 3D menu includes 3 dish changes per month. The digital menu includes unlimited updates.

What it fixes
A printed menu is slow and costly to change, and guests can’t see the dishes.
What you get
A QR menu with photos, prices, allergens and languages. Optionally a 3D version of your dishes, up to 50 products. Prices and dishes can be changed without reprinting. It opens from your table stands, your Google profile and your website.
What we need from you
Your menu, prices, photos and allergen list. We make later changes for you: included in the first month, then quoted.
How we measure
The menu is live on the agreed date and the prices match your printed menu.

Website and landing pages

What it fixes
Guests can’t find your hours, your menu or how to book, or you have no page for an offer.
What you get
A website for your restaurant with your menu, hours, map and a reservation form (no online payment). For an occasion such as a holiday or a launch: a landing page with a sign-up or waiting list.
What we need from you
Your texts, photos and logo. A website is usually live within 7 days of receiving them.
How we measure
Reservation requests and sign-ups received.

Spin and Win

Price

349 lei per month + VAT

No setup fee. Minimum 3 months.

What it fixes
A guest who leaves with nothing is hard to bring back, and you don’t know who they were.
What you get
A prize wheel with your prizes. The guest scans the QR code on the table, leaves their name, email and phone, agrees to be contacted, spins, and wins a prize for the next visit. A review is always optional and never a condition for the prize. The list belongs to you. You get a monthly report: guest contacts collected and prizes used.
What we need from you
Your prizes (you pay for them, at cost) and QR stands on your tables.

Guest contacts collected and prizes used.

Design kit

Price

From 599 lei per month + VAT (Design 15)

Design 30: 899 lei + VAT. Design 40 Pro: 1,190 lei + VAT. Designs can be ordered on the 1st and the 15th of the month.

What it fixes
Menus, table items and signs that don’t match look like different businesses.
What you get
A full set of designs made by us for your venue: menu, table items and signage, all matching. A person designs and finishes every piece. AI may help with early drafts. It is not a template. Custom design is charged separately, and nothing is produced until you approve the proof.
What we need from you
Your logo in vector format, your colours, and what you want guests to feel.
How we measure
You approve the proof, and everything you order looks like one brand.

    Digital services go live

    Google Review, Spin & Win, the digital menu or a website, as agreed.

  5. 2 to 4 weeks from the signed proof

    Products arrive

    Nothing is produced before you sign the proof.

Our promise on products

Nothing is produced until you approve the proof. If what arrives differs from the approved proof, beyond the colour difference we state (about 10%), we fix it at our cost.

Agency, printer, software or AKIN?

Do guests have to leave a review to win a prize?

No. A review is always optional.

Who owns the guest list?

You do.

Is there a contract?

Monthly services have no setup fee and run for a minimum of 3 months. Products are ordered once.
