How to order
Four simple steps
- Choose your products
Note the code and name of each product, for example AKN-M03, and add it to your quote list.
- Choose your options
Colour, material, size and printing. You will find them on the colours and materials page.
- Send your quote list
Send the request with the codes, options and quantity. Attach your logo in vector format.
- Receive your quote
We send you the final price and the print proof. Production starts once you sign it. Custom design and printing are charged separately.
The logo
We need your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF). We cannot start work without it.

Five things to remember before ordering
Minimum order
The minimum order is 15 pieces for each product.
Exception: BIO wet wipes, the inflatable mascot and the rotating illuminated sign 360°, which have their own terms.
Colours
Colours and tones may differ by about 10% from the photo, especially on leather.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the prices, except for BIO wet wipes.
Payment
50% is paid in advance when you order. The remaining 50% is paid before the products are handed over.
BIO wet wipes: for orders of 10,000 and 20,000 pieces, 50% in advance, the balance before handover. For orders over 20,000 pieces (30,000 and 40,000), payment is 100% in advance.
Approval and cancellation
Production starts only after you sign the print proof.
After approval, the order cannot be cancelled and the products cannot be returned. This applies to all products.
